I’ve been using wet for about 18 months. I came from Wahoo SYSTM. I came to Xert because fixed training plans do not take into consideration me wanting to Race once a week.
I am not a robot, life happens. Xert is adaptive. Hurrah
With all that said I find it a mystery that you do not take into consideration Sleep. As someone who ends up sleeping 2-3 hours less on 1 or 2 days a week I definitely know it effects by day-to-day energy. So question one, why doesn’t sleep get pulled in from eco-systems like Garmin? I did search previous ‘cos you must get asked this a lot.
For medical reasons I occasionally have to take a week off exercise. If I have set a current target of say 15w increase of 5min power and then don’t cycle for a week do I just start training again or should I be resetting something?
