During today’s workout, I almost achieved a fitness breakthrough. I was 5secs at 924W and my MPA was at 930W. So close. After I uploaded this ride, it actually made my fitness signature drop a little bit. Why is that since I was so close to breaking through?
Xert picks up these little declines and lets you track and see them. Most of the time they are nothing. Other times the trend continues and will provide very valuable information.
So another words, during times of increased training load, it’s not unusual for the signature to drop a few watts and then once you get relatively recovered, your body adapts and breakthroughs start to happen. Is this what I am understanding?
