Yesterday morning I did a bike ride, and in the afternoon I went rock climbing. Since I also log my climbing in Strava, it was auto-uploaded to Xert. There is no HR information. This climbing activity changed my fitness signature. I gained +3 W in PP, +0,1 kJ in HIE and +1 W in TP. What is happening here, how does that work?
It may have been more a time of day thing that changed it depending on when you have Xert doings its "goals and settings’. One can just delete that event from Xert.
It might be the natural change in your signature as a response to your bike training you did in the morning and any resulting change in your Training Load?
