Should I import non-cycling activities from Strava?

I’m new and still in my trial. But specifically rowing and running - both with power - should they be imported? I have a concept 2 rower that I use which of course is synced to strava and has power and HR information. I also run with a STRYD device that has power as well. Granted the power for these two sports is different than cycling.

But should I have these imported into xert and it will apply XSS to it…is it going to apply XSS thinking they are cycling?
