Should I be using just the Default workouts that come with Xert, or should I be asking to join some of the “My Coach” coaches such as “Shared Workout Coach Community” and “Steele Coaching” etc?
You can join any of the coaching communities that are visible/open, which will give you access to all of their workouts. XATA can then use all of these workouts when searching for workouts to recommend.
