Since the very hot weather this summer, my threshold has dropped - when I know it should be the same, (despite the efforts being just as hard, but of course heat exhaustion applies), how should I reflect that in the signatures for these rides?
If you feel that your signature isn’t properly reflected in your activities, you can always make an adjustment by using the Activity Details/Advanced tab and enter a signature that you feel better represents your abilities on that data. Save/Lock and it will then trickle-down the change to all future activities. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support.
