Session Player; great during a SMART workout and watching the numbers / MPA. As for numbers increasing… this is just cruel as the 5 minutes of Threshold increased to 282w from 270w . Love the way SLOPE just kicks in (#MIXEDMODE) without having to press the screen on my iphone with sweaty fingers.
I love our Mixed Mode workouts with adaptive intervals.. They make for such fun, engaging workouts. It’s really neat to see the interval targets adapt based on how you performed on the previous effort.
Some of my favourites like this are:
SMART - Dirty Little Secret: Pick a big gear and send it as hard as you can for each of the 20s efforts, the recoveries after each effort will adjust based on how hard you went)
SMART - Heroes: great workout for developing your sprint power. Again, pick a big gear and spin up for each sprint, then enjoy the dynamic recovery afterward
SMART - Full Gas Finale: Hard push in slope mode before/after a few minutes at threshold. The recoveries and the sweeping effort between will dynamically adjust between each “lap”
