How important is it to set the correct seed value?
If you’re able to estimate what your TL was at your very first activity in the system, it would be ideal. The further back in time, the less impact it will have today but once we move into deeper predictions, it will be better to have this properly set.
What if I uploaded data from like 2 years ago?
Hi Chaz. WIthin a few months of data, your seed value will not have an affect on Training Load. The time constant is 42 days by default and therefore has limited influence.
