Sorry if there is a thread already, but I am struggling to find it. The current run threads are often running to improve cycling or from way back in 2017. I used to use Xert for Cycling around 2021-2023 but I’m running more now and don’t cycle.
I have created an additional profile for running, but I wasn’t sure if there was a way to fully set it up for a pure runner or is this not something it can do? I am wanting to use it as HR derived but it is pulling power data from Garmin (I don’t find it very accurate). Can it be switched to that it will use HR automatically?
If there is a thread or blog about setting it up for running, please do let me know.
