I run a lot in the winter and want to include running activities in my training program, but it appears that the running is throwing off my ftp numbers and making the cycling exercises far too hard to finish without reducing difficulty despite my mpa not really being affected. maybe this is too complicated a question for the forum. I have found similar posts, but nothing recent and it sounds like there have been a lot of updates that reflect this. any help would be appreciated.
