Rides in fitness planner not downloading to Xert Player

I have my Garmin’s xert player connected to my xert account though I’m getting a random workout and not the workout in my fitness planner. I have logged out and logged back in a couple times. No luck.

Hi @sjkottke ,

Great question. You may have the option ‘Select a Recommended Workout automatically’ selected on the Training Tab of Xert Online (with that option enabled, one of the top 4 recommended workouts will be randomly selected & sent to the Garmin Workout Player).

Once that is disabled, whatever workout you’ve (manually) selected will be sent to the Garmin player.

If you schedule/plan workouts into the fitness planner, the planned workout will automatically become the ‘selected’ workout approximately 2 hours before their scheduled time.
