See the image below. I was doing the VIRTUAL - Espresso | Weekend Group workout in Zwift today. The workout synced and loaded fine but it didn’t have any power targets. Zwift seemed to have some sense of the zone of each interval since they were color coded correctly but there were no power targets. Is there a certain subset of workouts that sync this way to Zwift? I’ve never encountered this before. It wasn’t a big deal because I loaded the workout on the phone and followed along with the targets but at 4am I’d much prefer have it seamlessly loaded into Zwift…
Doesn’t look like a workout that would translate well to Zwift.
You could report this as a bug to support@xertonline.com as Xert likely needs a routine in place to skip this type of workout when it shows up on recommended lists or handle it differently.
Thanks! Given when I hover over in the workout detail page I can see the specific power targets I’d have assumed those would just simply be sent to Zwift with the relevant time duration and any ramp up / ramp down feature. I’ll shoot it over as you suggested. Appreciate the feedback.
