After a slow winter with not much riding I seem to have lost a lot more fitness and power than the xert decay “thinks” I have. I recently did a strong ride with some decent efforts and would like to use this ride as a new baseline to start the year from. Is it possible to get the power signature figures from this ride and apply it to my profile to generate a new signature.
Hi Ben. You can try changing Signature Decay Method to Aggressive temporarily. Make the change under Account Settings, then go to an activity from a month or two ago and flag it or if you prefer, update the signature using Advanced tab on the activity and Save/Lock the signature. This will force signature recalculations from that point forward. If it picks up your signature breakthrough, you’re good to go. If not, post here again and we’ll try something else.
