Red stars

I’ve been following the advisor for a while now and in the last 2 weeks or so, after every workout, I’m in a very tired state (red star). The planner still shows that I’m going to be yellow the day after, and the line on progression chart is always. My question is, am I red or yellow? Also, is this the optimal zone to be training in…red start, yellow line?


Well, are you feeling tired or very tired? If not, Xert may not have sufficient data to extract a correct signature. You can you adjust the freshness slider on the planner, to -5 or so, to reflect how you feel. This also gives you different workout recommendations.
