Hello, i train hard the last two weeks, but the Recovery Field say that it is no (zero) recovery necessary.
Is this a common problem. Can I fix it by myself or a cert software problem?
Greetings
Peter

If you feel fresh training status is wrong you can try and adjust the Recovery Demands on the Profile Settings page. I have mine adjusted a few clicks to the right and I feel its quite accurate.
Hello,
thanks for your request. Where it is ? I can’t see a possibility under profile settings - general
Greetings Peter
If I take “More Recovery” only the Status change. Not the Fields…
I think it’s a software problem…
Set Recovery Demands back to neutral (center) and post your XPMC set to 6 weeks or 3 months. (Progression tab)
The request is so we can view your training history.
If you can only access XO (xertonline.com) by phone, change your mobile browser to desktop view, and take a screenshot of the Progression tab again which will display a Period Stats table with a progression chart below (XPMC) .
You could also post a screenshot of the Planner tab – in desktop view – for the last 4 weeks which will show your activities along with a calculated form gradient bar below days of the week. That bar indicates combined effect of recovery load (low/high/peak) from red (very.tired) to yellow (tired) to blue (fresh) to green (very fresh) to brown (untrained).
Hello, here the screen from Desktop mode. The colour (blue, red) changes but not the hours to recover. I think it is a bug in the new surface…
My first thought was –
226 XSS (221 Low, 4.9 High, .7 Peak) is a Polar Climber activity likely rated as Moderate Difficulty assuming that ride was around 4 hours. How long was it?
That indicates a mostly endurance level workout with a few surges/climbs with a Focus Duration of Climber (10-minute power).
Based on your recent training history that effort would likely push you into red for a short period before back to blue. Seeing Fresh a few hours later wouldn’t be unusual.
However upon experimenting I can replicate the bug you are seeing.
E.g. form will say Tired or Very Tired but Remaining Recovery hours shows all zeros.
Switching back and forth between mobile and desktop view or logging in/out of XO, I sometimes see zeros in conflict with tired or very tired status. Refreshing the browser usually fixes it.
When the mismatch happens next try viewing the Today page in desktop view. Any difference?
What mobile browser are you using?
Hi everyone. I have a feeling that I might be facing the same issue.
I’ve done a hard VO2max session today and the recovery timer shows 0 hours recover for all energy systems. This is immediately after the session. XFAI tomorrow sets another high intensity session.
On planner, i’m literally always in blue, regardless of what i’m doing.
Hello,
I’m not experiencing the exact same problem, but it seems to be related.
My friend, who is on a trial period for Xert, is receiving VO2 max workouts even though Xert considers her very tired. We’re no longer clear on the suggestions Xert is making for her.
Thank you for your help.
I assume Recovery Demands slider is set to neutral (center) position, correct?
Post the power chart from that Difficult Mixed Rouleur entry.
Something seems out of sync. ![]()
Notice the matchstick on the Planner doesn’t appear on the XPMC under Today as though it hasn’t been processed yet.
Unhide future activity on the chart and try refreshing the Planner page to see if any change to form gradient.
The OP issue is Remaining Recovery hours (all zeroes) does not reflect form indicated while in your case the form is wrong (fresh not tired).
I have been able to replicate the OP issue but not yours.
Go ahead and file a support ticket with support@xertonlne.com.
My guess is both issues are related.
