Recommended Workouts and Form?

Have not paid enough attention to these… Thought they were “just” based on the athlete type (e.g. GC contender). I now believe they react to your Form as well (TSB/TL). Do the recommendations include periodization? Thinking not and thinking that is coming in phase II.

Yes. Today the recommended workouts scale workouts based your current focus towards your target focus. In the future, we’ll take into account the periodization needed due to changing fitness and varying time constants.
