I have been an on and off Xert user since the beginning. I really like the workouts and adaptive planning aspect except when it comes to race planning. Is there a blog or link to some advice on planning a race season when it comes to inserting A, B, C races? I can handle a bit of the on the fly aspect mid week and non-race weekends.

I have tried this, but Xert does not take into account how fresh I would like to be. Its goal is to complete the workout vs my goal of exceeding that metric. I could be wrong but thats the way I understand it. For the most part I have it nailed down on the Thrusday thru sat/sun inserting all manual workouts.
