Question on Base-Build- Peak Training Plan

If I put a planned hard outdoor ride on the calendar for a couple of days in the future will it influence the selection of workouts in the days prior to it or would I just have to use a bit of common sense it not doing anything too hard?

In XATA mode, you will have to rationalize the workouts leading to it; that future workout will not influence what workouts it recommends. However, if you are using XFAI, after you add the workout and pin it, you can then adapt forecast and I believe it will influence the preceding workouts. Someone else correct me if I’m wrong!
