Question about forecasting

I’m the type of rider that rides exclusively recreationally. I don’t want to enroll myself into any form of structured training. To me nothing replaces going out for 2 to 3 hours of hard riding because i can do it whenever I want, legs allowing. So my question is can I use the forecasting feature to predict my future fitness if I keep doing whatever is in my recent history ?

No, currently it is the other way around. It forecasts which workouts are required to reach a focus power target.

But you don’t have to use it with structured training. As long as you reach the XSS goals (with the low, high, and peak breakdown) you will be on track. And if you don’t, you will get new targets the next day (adapted targets).
