Projected is in the weeds again

after a good work out, my project power is taking a noise dive ? why ?

I’ve noticed the same behavior, especially when I’ll go near my limits multiple times in a workout w/o going beyond (because you know still 5 intervals to go hehe).

More seriously I’m interested to know what features are used in the performance projection modelling and even more curious about the ones used in the suggested focus model.

Now realizing this thread is moot as it now uses future workouts to get the projection.

So can we start hoping for an optimizer that would take in our constraint(# of rides per week, max time per ride, total time per week, focus to maximise, etc) and it would return training sessions up until the next event date?

That’s exactly where we’d like to go.
