Projected 6 Week Value

In the ‘My Fitness’ page, you have a ‘Projected 6-Week Value’ for power outputs. How does Xert compute this?

Hi Tyson. Xert takes your low/high/peak Training Load (TL) from one week ago and your current low/high/peak TL and based on a generalized 3-tier Impulse Response model (see our blog on Fitness Prediction and Potential projects what your TL’s will be in 6 weeks. It uses those to establish Threshold Power and your Athlete Type power. It is important to have up-to-date information and accurate estimates of last week’s TL and your current TL in order to get the best results.
