Problem with new Activities?

Usually rock solid, but today my Garmin activity hasn’t appeared in Xert after uploading to GC.

I’ve tried several things, but no joy.

  1. Re-establishing Garmin<>Xert link
  2. Re-syncing Garmin activties from Xert
  3. Manually uploading ride .fit file to Xert

The .fit file uploads successfully to Strava so there doesn’t seem to be any issue with the ride itself.

Wondering if there’s a problem with new activity uploading/processing @ Xert?

Same here. I have the same issue today (for the first time ever).

Me too. Tried resyncing from Strava multiple times and after uploading the fit file, it’s still processing.

Now, my activity has processed (and I had like 6 duplicates)

No problem with an EBC recording this morning.
We’re all incidents with files syncing from Garmin?

Aftected all rides. One of our downstream service providers was having a slow-down issue so activiites were taking a lot longer to process. The problem has been resolved but we had a lot of activities queued up for processing.
