Problem importing .zwo workouts

I’ve just had a problem importing a .zwo workout file into Xert. I tried with a previously imported workout and that failed as well.
Anybody else had the problem and was there a fix. Asking before contacting support.
This is what I get

Doh! Don’t I feel a fool. My excuse is I’m just back from a long cold and wet ride and consequently not thinking straight
