My two cents: I would look at longer intervals, so the 10/20 - 60 minutes and they are close enough. Even between 1 and 5/10 minutes the differences are not shocking. Not to me anyway. For the short ≤ 30 second bursts, too many factors to make a fair comparison…
Seems right that the PM pedals are higher since they are not taking into account any drivetrain losses.
