Why is my projected FTP about 30W higher than my current one when I haven’t really done any training in the last 6 weeks and have no activities planned? (This is referring to my cycling profile as I’ve mostly been running, and have a full training programme planned over on that profile. Which actually only projects a 10W increase over the next few months)

What’s your Target Event Date? Is it this year or next year? The projection is based on that date.
