I discovered this during my current indoor/youtube season. Its a whole series with the eposide here about endurance. Probably not much for our gurus, but for myself I found it a very compact summery around the topic with the links to reference to look into.
Also discusses some practical protocols I havent heard of before, like the breathing technique to judge recovery of the sympathic system and others.
As a non native speaker I could play it with 1.75x speed while riding Lucy, which gives 100 xss / episode.
