I generally only do “intensity” workouts on Wednesday and Saturdays, with endurance rides/workouts filling up the rest of the time I have available. Is there a way to get Forecast AI to follow this pattern? If there is I haven’t figured it out yet. Maybe I am better off just adding manual Magic Buckets entries into Planner and managing ramp rate myself?
If you have specific training patterns and volumes you want to follow, then Forecast AI is probably not the way to go. Kind of like “Here’s my training plan. Create a training plan for me.” So to speak. You’re better off doing your own thing, with XATA’s help.
