I’ve noticed a trend lately thats confusing to me. I’ll check my planned workout for the next day so I can plan ahead. However, when I check that day the workout is either gone or changed significantly. Case in point. When I checked yesterday it was slotted as a ‘rest day’. When I logged in today I had a 2 hour workout pinned for the day! This obviously makes it really hard to anticipate how to schedule my days.
Am I doing something wrong?
How can I get a predictable ‘week ahead’ w/o the workouts changing on me every night?
What Program type and settings are you using?
Pinning is a manual function of an XFAI plan.
Do you have Automatically Schedule enabled under Planner Settings?
If you schedule any workout, the scheduled workout should be honoured. The auto-select a WOTD will only run if you don’t already have a workout scheduled for that day… you shouldn’t need to pin a workout to have it persist.
