Seems an obvious question but using Xert EBC Player on my Ipad nothing happens when I press the pause button other than I get a screen saying Resume/Save/Discard. When I resume everything has continued as before.
I would expect the timer to stop and my position in the current interval to remain static until I resume again.
This has never happened for me. I am thinking about little things like answering the doorbell etc.
I have same problem. On both android and apple apps. Hitting resume shows the clock was ticking all along. Not sure why this would be but doesn’t seem right
Elapsed time continues, even when stopped. But the position in the workout pauses until the workout is resumed.
Just reusing this thread, I cannot seem to find any option to pause the workout on the Android Xert EBC app.
First of all I cannot find an actual pause button. Additionally the auto pause option is set, but it does not do anything. If I step off the bike, the workout continues to run.
Really annoying and I cannot believe that I am the only person with that issue 
Using Xert EBC Version 5.0.2 (355).
Tap the timer for the interval between << and >>.
A blinking pause icon appears.
Auto-pause is an outdoor ride function.
