Why does recalculating my progression always gives different results? My threshold power goes from 226 to 260, my tiredness goes from fresh to tired and from recreational to trained and back. Every single time it’s different.

Signature Decay Method and Seed value will impact the recalc. Most importantly, your initial fitness signature sets the recalc process in motion. Be sure it’s accurate. Lastly, errors can creep in. See our FAQ on wrong signatures. Note that long periods of submaximal riding combined with traditional 20 minute tests don’t provide a lot of information about your entire signature, hence these are more sensitive to starting values.
