My iphone is connected to my Garmin 820 but when I start the app it says “no connection”. How to check the connectivity setup or reset it?
Be sure Garmin Connect Mobile is running and your phone has internet connectivity when you start the app. This should allow you to login. If not you make want to try and re-pair your phone and Garmin. Once the connection is up, you can dismiss GCM and it should still have connectivity.
I had to remove the app and install again to work again.
