Newbie questions

Hi all, Ive just signed up and running trial. I mainly race XCO type Mountain races, and train on the road. I have a PM on my roadie, but only record HR on mountain bike. So approx 40% of my rides have power data, only HR data. I note that TrainingPeaks create their own TSShr or HR only rides, therefore Im wondering if Xert still be useful to me?. Still track fatigue?. Also, as an XCO style rider, which rider profile do you suggest I select?.. Cheers for now String :slight_smile:
