New workouts

As many transition from base to build, we’ve added a couple of new workouts to help fill the gap: Life is a Highway and Bring Me to Life. These start to introduce some high and peak intensity strain and boost Training Loads, prepping you for more hard stuff. Also thank Hans Knol for his contribution - There Ain No Way But the Hard Way - which is has some exceptional strain for those that want to know what their next race will feel like.
