We’ve added a new column on the Workout Listing that shows Rating. Rating determination has been modified to better reflect the difficulty of the workout and you can use your current Training Status as it is displayed on the default login My Fitness page as a guide. For example, if your current Training Status is 2 Stars, look for workouts between 1 and 2.5 stars as being well-suited to workouts you can perform. 3 to 5 star workouts can still be chosen but recognize that you may not be able to complete them based on the amount of training you’ve been doing, i.e. Training Status.
