Hi @vinchangca, good question!
It has to do with what you typically do with respect to each activity type. If you typically ride ~2 hours outside & ~1 hr indoors, then the recommendations from XATA will generally align with those preferences, plus a little extra to help meet your selected Improvement Rate.
