New Profile

Hi there,

Ive created a new profile for running but it’s constantly telling me I’m overtrained and too tired. Is there something I’ve done wrong with the setup. If I selected extreme -2 on bike id have to do massive hours to keep up.

Have you imported all previous runs into this profile? It looks like you just started running – the training load was 3.0 when you started the plan.

Yes no previous runs imported, maybe I should do that ?

Yes, I think you should. Xert calculated your tiredness based on the current training load vs the historical training load.
