Do you mean the FIT file cannot be imported into Xert?
Does the file open fine with FitFileTools.com or FitFileViewer.com?
I don’t know. I’ve asked him to email the file to me but its not arrived as yet. I saw on Facebook that people trying to save a MyWoosh file into their Garmin account were having difficulties. Apparently knocking a second off the activity solves the problem
