I just tried to create an AI training plan for an upcoming race. I thought it saved correctly, but when I go to the Program page, it won’t load. Just hangs. And no Planned Activities on the Today page. Help!
Are you able to select Modify Plan and switch to Goal or Event or is the entire screen frozen?
I’m able to select Modify Plan. I can select Event. But if I select Race (the way I uploaded file for the plan), it hangs.
It appears the server is unable to analyze the FIT file from that event and establish a profile.
Focus Duration and Specificity are blank (0).
Is the file from an activity in your history or was it sourced elsewhere?
Hmm.. Looks to be an issue with the file you’re using. Does the activity file have elevation and power data?
If there isn’t any power (and weight/elevation data), we can’t perform the analysis of the power you would need to do at your weight to replicate the effort & you might just see 0 XSS estimated for the activity. We could probably include an improved error/warning notification if that’s the case.
That could be it. I probably didn’t have power on my mtn bike for that race. Rookie mistake. 
Thank you. I chose an Mountain Bike Event instead and now I have a plan again.
