My One Month Progression

My results for the past month. Never trained on a red day. Lots of 3h+ rides, staying near LTP as much as possible, with some intensity tossed in here and there. Red day tomorrow. Blue by Thursday.

I think it’s to do with training status and form in the stars section …, red being very tired and blue being fresh

Yes, that’s exactly what it is, despite me having feeling blue days that have no link to my training status whatsoever :joy:
