MPA sync to Garmin with more than one Xert profile

Hi, I have just added the MPA data field to my Garmin Forerunner 945. The MPA synced on my display is the MPA from my cycling Xert profile rather than my running Xert profile. How do I get the Garmin to use the MPA from my running profile rather than my cycling one?
