I’m interested in how quickly MPA is replenished.I didn’t find any information about this. My paek power is 900 watts, after the interval, my MPA drops for example to the value of 500. How is the recovery rate to the maximum value calculated? Is there a difference in recovery speed between different people?
Replenishment rates are different for each person, in each different situation. To get an idea, use the Workout Designer and try different intervals and fitness signatures to get an understanding of how things are related.
