I have a Garmin Epix Pro (Gen 2) and tried to install the MPA and Power app from the Garmin Connect IQ Store. It told me I need to have a compatible device before I can download the app. On the list of compatible devices tab the Epix Gen 2 is listed. If it works on the Epix Gen 2 shouldn’t it also work on the Epix Pro Gen 2?
I just wanted to add that none of the Xert apps work on the Epix Pro Gen 2 EXCEPT the XSS Buckets app. I have that on the watch and it works great.

Hi @mburdesh, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
It looks like we may need to recompile our CIQ content to ensure compatibility with the Epix Pro Gen 2. The device was likely released after our last update, which is why they’re not available on the device. XSS Buckets was released after the Epix Pro gen 2, which is why that data field is already available.
Unfortunately, Garmin doesn’t automatically make existing Connect IQ content compatible with new devices. With their frequent hardware releases, it can be tall order for us to keep all our CIQ content updated for every new model.
We appreciate your patience, and I’ll add support for the Epix Pro Gen 2 to our backlog for the next round of updates.
