My power meter battery died half-way through a ride and so I lost the XSS associated with the back half. It was a long enough ride that I’d like to do whatever you’d recommend is best to keep track of my Training Load. I thought about creating another activity and manually entering the approximate XSS there. Is that the approach you’d recommend? Thank you!
You got it - that’s exactly the way to handle it!
If the back half of the ride was approximately the same intensity as the front half, use the same Focus/Specificity ratings in the manual activity (e.g. Mixed Climber, Pure Rouleur, etc.)
