Hi. I’m just not sure what to set this to, as I know that what it’s got me at isn’t right, to often tired and very tired when I’m not. I do have a load of training that isn’t on Xert, and never will be. I’ve been training fairly consistently for three and a half years, racing for two and a half, and currently a competitive cat 3 racer. What would you suggest setting my load at? I also wondered where it say’s trained, competitive, elite etc, what is that referring to exactly?
