I have a one year old son who is highly unreliable when it comes to sleep. As such, given this is my first year doing ‘structured training’ I can’t maintain a Slow progression rate due to fatigue (don’t judge me too harshly). I’m finding the Maintenence rate is perfect for my lifestyle currently.

My question is, how long should someone be able to sit on Maintenence? Will I have to do a Taper or Off-Season block at some point or would it be theoretically possible to sit at Maintenence indefinitely?

I suppose you could, but throw in some max efforts every once in a while, or your PP will slip and your TP might increase to a point at which you will no longer be comfortable with the suggested workouts.
