Hello. I have a problem with magic buckets. I have a Garmin 530 and an Oreka O5 trainer with a built-in power meter and cadence meter. It detects my cadence and speed but not the power. But if I change the screen on the Garmin I can see that it registers the power. But in magic buckets it shows 0.
If I change the target resistance, slope or power, it modifies the force. But in the magic buckets it marks 0 and the cadence marks it well.
The Garmin does not recognize cadence and power measurement sensors in the sensors section.
Just find the trainer by linking the trainer menu before+
I detect the trainer from the Garmin ANT+ trainer link.
In the garmin Xert workout player application. I remove the link and the power and cadence detection works perfectly.
The trainer is 100% compatible with garmin, trainerroad, bkool, rouvy, zwift, kinomap etc.
Can you try adding your trainer as a dedicated Power ensor. That shouuld resolve the issue. Send a note to support if you’re still having troubles and we can investigate further.

Garmin 530 does not detect the power meter or the cadence meter in the garmin sensors section.
From Android Xert EBC if you find them separately.
If it helps you. I also have the Xert Player application installed on the Garmin 530 and I have to remove the Ant+ trainer from the Garmin configuration and detect it within Xert player so that it detects the trainer and the power and works well.
Another thing that happens to me is that I have tried to make it work outdoors with the Garmin RS100 sensor and it works. But after a short while the screen remains in the corporate color and in the middle of the screen the Xert logo appears and it does nothing else. I have to close the training and start again but it happens again.
On the other hand, with the Xert Dashboard I have no problems. It works perfectly.
