So, I wanted to test the system. It stated that this workout would be able to raise my TP! i worked, it went from 194 to 195. its not hard but pretty borimg to sit on my trainer for 2:15. its worse than giving mysel injections. Question : why does it raise my TP? what heppen if I did 1/2 of the workout in the morning and 1/2 in the afternoon? Same result!
Your TP raises when you train. Xert estimates this based on your previous history. The more you train, the higher it goes, morning or evening.
