Lost recording of workout - how do I add it in manually?

I thought I hit save at the end of yesterday’s workout - but apparently not.

Is there anyway for me to tell Xert that I completed a specific workout, so it knows I did the XSS and doesn’t recalculate my plan as if I missed it?

Thanks!

Did you use the Xert EBC app, or another device/app? If you used EBC, you can try pulling down to refresh the activities dashboard to have Xert attempt to re-upload any activity in the app, in the event that it wasn’t automatically uploaded after your ride yesterday.

You can go into the planner on a past day and click the + button to add an activity manually. If you did a structured workout, you can search for it by name & add it to have Xert give you the credit for it

Cheers! -Scott

I had used the Xert EBC app on my iphone - and I recall hitting save at the end… but I guess it didn’t. I can’t find it in the app or online, and it did not post to my strava (which is what it normally does).

Anyway, I added the manual activity using the workout I completed. It does not show up in my activity list, but it is there on the planner, so I guess Xert will think I completed it.

Thanks for the quick response!

Scott
