I read an article on that as well. I was surprised that Wiggle/CRC owned so many brands. Probikekit being one that I recall.
One aspect of doing 99% of my cycling indoors is that don’t spend money on bike parts now.
Although I do have an unnecessarily large number of jersey and short combos.
