I used my iPad to create an account for my son, MCMac1900, and it connected my Strava data to his account. I tried reavctivating/deactivating and trying again several times using his phone with same result. Just tried to re-register from his phone, but, it won’t allow me with his email address. He is under my iCloud family plan, so, that may have caused the issue. Any way to resolve this issue?
You’ll need to go into your Strava account and remove the Xert authorization. When you authorize Strava, be sure you login to the appropriate account. Using a browser in Incognito mode may help too.
